SOFT SKILLS & EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING SKILLS SUPPORT
INCLUZEN Program provides the support and help employees to retain their jobs by implementing interventions to improve soft skills and executive functioning skills.
Our ASSESSMENT PROGRAM assesses and identifies the employee’s unique strengths, limitations, competencies both personal and professional, and interests. Based on the assessment results, we provide accommodation and modification needed to meet our Interns’ unique special needs and successfully work on various projects.

Young adults with autism had lower employment rates and higher rates of complete social isolation than people with other disabilities, according to a report published by the A.J. Drexel Autism Institute.
According to a statewide study conducted in Florida in 2008 by The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD), approximately 67% of the 200 families of 18-22 year olds with autism surveyed did not have knowledge of transition services; 73% indicated they needed help with their job; 63% need help with daily living; 78% do not know of agencies or professionals who can help them find work; and while74% want to work, only 19% were currently working.
